NexaHela is a digital referral and affiliate platform operated by GrowVia Digital. The platform provides performance-based rewards for referrals and optional user engagement activities. NexaHela is not an investment, savings, lending, or get-rich-quick scheme.

Withdrawals are subject to verification, minimum thresholds, and system availability. NexaHela reserves the right to delay or suspend payouts in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
Nexahela reserves the right to hold, reject, or delay withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.
NexaHela does not guarantee income, profits, or fixed returns. Earnings depend on user participation, referrals, platform activity, and availability of bonuses. Past earnings do not guarantee future results.
Your personal data is used strictly to provide services, process payments, and improve user experience. Nexahela does not sell or share your personal information with third parties without consent, except when required by law.
NexaHela reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate platform policies, applicable laws, or hosting provider requirements.
Users must not misrepresent NexaHela as an investment opportunity, promise guaranteed income, or engage in misleading marketing. Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or terminated.
All logos, designs, features, and content on Nexahela are the property of GROVIA DIGITAL. Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is prohibited.
Any registration or participation fee, where applicable, is paid solely for access to the NexaHela platform and its features. Fees are not investments and are not refundable except as required by law.
Any disputes arising from the use of Nexahela shall first be resolved through internal mediation via our support desk. If unresolved, disputes will be settled under Kenyan law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
